The Eder 1 holiday apartment is the perfect place for a couple or a small family looking to enjoy a vacation in the heart of San Sebastián while staying in a quiet area.
It is located opposite La Concha beach, in a commercial and leisure area, close to the Old Town. Additionally, being next to the Eder 2 apartment, it is ideal for couples or families traveling with friends.
The Eder 1 apartment is fully equipped and situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The main area consists of a spacious open-plan living-dining room with a modern kitchen. The large windows in the living room offer impressive side views of Alderdi-Eder Park and La Concha Bay. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and DVD and CD players. Between the living room and the modern American-style kitchen, there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals before heading out for a walk along the beach or to explore the Old Town. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and complete kitchenware.
The bedroom in the apartment has a large double bed (150 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and, like the living room, enjoys side views of the park and the bay. The apartment’s bathroom is spacious, modern, and features a bathtub.
The Eder 1 apartment also offers high-speed wireless internet and electric blinds. It does not have parking in the building and parking in the area is very difficult and expensive. Therefore, if you plan to come by car, we can reserve a spot in a nearby garage when you make your reservation.
