It is located opposite La Concha beach, in a commercial and leisure area, close to the Old Town. Additionally, being next to the Eder 2 apartment, it is ideal for couples or families traveling with friends. The Eder 1 apartment is fully equipped and situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The main area consists of a spacious open-plan living-dining room with a modern kitchen. The large windows in the living room offer impressive side views of Alderdi-Eder Park and La Concha Bay. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and DVD and CD players. Between the living room and the modern American-style kitchen, there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals before heading out for a walk along the beach or to explore the Old Town. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and complete kitchenware. The bedroom in the apartment has a large double bed (150 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and, like the living room, enjoys side views of the park and the bay. The apartment’s bathroom is spacious, modern, and features a bathtub. The Eder 1 apartment also offers high-speed wireless internet and electric blinds.
